Content: Hello,The adapter keeps on going to a black screen after a little bit of use- maybe two minutes. I then have to unplug it and plug it back in again. It does not always happen, but it is being more and more frequent. Please can you assist? Thank you.

Content: Hi, the CarPlay adaptor has never automatically connected and requires unplugging and plugging back in every time. It now disconnects every 10 or 15 minutes and is not working properly. Please advise. Thanks
