Content: I have purchased one of these but now all it says is the BT DEVICE smart box-9787 and will not load any of the apply car play on my screen

Content: The microphone does not work when connected to camera. The receiver connects with microphone when I plug a charger into he receiver attached to the camera, but still the wireless microphone does not work in that situation. Please advise how to troubleshoot.

Content: I bought your wireless CarPlay dongle in October 2024 unfortunately it stopped working. Its been very difficult for me because Ive been on a international trip and I have been struggling without it. Can you please replace it?

Content: When I first purchased it worked fine, now its just stuck on the smart box screen & doesnt load CarPlay- my phone connects to it, but it no longer progresses the Apple Car play on the head unit- its a shame because it worked well when it first arrived. Kind regards Stuart
