Content: Hello,I purchased your USB wireless car play adaptor in January 2025. Whilst it worked fine for 4 months, it has now stopped working for no apparent reason.I have tried to fully disconnect and reconnect the device on multiple occasions.Please could you provide a replacement product or, preferably, a refund.Many thanks

Content: hi i purchased a wireless car play from you for android in may 2025 and its working intermittently works fine for 3 mins then keeps dropping off have to remove it from usb port to reset it can you please send a replacement and ill return this faulty one .Regard's james

Content: Hi there I bought a CarPlay Bluetooth adaptor product from you on 13 December 2024 and it is no longer working. The Bluetooth connection cuts out intermittently, approximately every 20-30 seconds. There is not an issue with the usb source or the device, these have both been checked. Please can you advise on how I can get a replacement as I know it comes with a one year guarantee. Thanks
