Content: I bought 2 of these car play units, my partners started working intermittently then stopped.after around 3 weeks. Mine started doing the same about 2 weeks ago, Id need to remove from USB to get it to start. But now, today, it has failed completely. Any suggestions? One is in a 2021 Toyota CHR and mine a 2021 Range Rover. 2 very different cars but the same problem. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanksMichael

Content: Hello team, I have received the package yesterday and found one of the microphone is neither charging nor turning on completely dead . Tried other charging cable but no luck Could you please send me replacement asap because I need them for my project this Friday .. this product came with warranty and I have mail them right away yesterday but till now I did receive any acknowledgment as yet

Content: When I plug my wireless CarPlay adapter into my car, it now gets stuck on the loading screen. It worked ok for a few months, but will now not progress past this.I have tried another CarPlay device, and it works fine. I have also tried your device in another car, and it again gets stuck on the loading screen, so appears to be an issue with the device.Purchased in February 2025 from Amazon
